34 Conditions of order imposed by court (1) Subject to this section and section 35, a court may impose conditions on a community correction order, including the following: (a) subject to section 36 – the offender must participate, for the and parole officer; (b) the offender must satisfactorily complete a rehabilitation program in relation to domestic and family violence; (c) another condition prescribed by regulation; (d) any other condition the court considers appropriate.
