148 Non-parole period for offences committed before the (1) This section applies: (a) to the sentencing of an offender: (i) who committed an offence against the Misuse of Drugs Act 1990 or an offence against section 120(1) of the Domestic and Family Violence Act 2007 before the commencement; or (ii) to whom Part 3, Division 6A, as in force before the commencement, applied; and (b) if a court had not imposed the sentence on the offender in relation to the offence before the commencement.
