146 Application of section 5 (1) Section 5, as amended by the Sentencing and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2022, applies in relation to: (a) the sentencing of an offender in relation to an offence committed before the commencement if the court had not imposed a sentence on the offender before the commencement; and (b) the sentencing of an offender in relation to an offence committed after the commencement.
