145 Application of Act to old orders
(1) To avoid doubt, an old order that is in force immediately before the
commencement continues in force after the commencement in
accordance with the terms of the order.
(2) The repealed provisions continue to apply in relation to an old order
mentioned in subsection (1).
Sentencing Act 1995 104
old order means any of the following orders made under this Act
as in force before the commencement:
(a) an order made under section 11;
(b) an order made under section 13;
(c) a community work order;
(d) a community based order;
(e) a home detention order;
(f) a community custody order;
(g) a perpetrators' program order.
repealed provisions means the following provisions as in force
immediately before the commencement:
(a) section 11;
(b) section 13;
(c) Part 3, Division 2, Subdivision 4;
(d) Part 3, Divisions 4 and 4A;
(e) Part 3, Division 5, Subdivisions 2 and 2A;
(f) Part 3, Division 8.
