143 Community correction orders and intensive community correction orders (1) A court may make a community correction order or an intensive community correction order in relation to an offender: (a) for an offence committed before the commencement if the court had not imposed a sentence on the offender in relation to the offence before the commencement; and (b) for an offence committed after the commencement.
