102A Signing of orders
(1) This section applies to the following orders:
(a) an order made under section 40;
Sentencing Act 1995 78
(b) a community correction order;
(c) an intensive community correction order;
(f) an order varying or confirming an order mentioned in
paragraph (a), (b) or (c).
(2) On the making of the order, the offender must not leave the
precincts of the court without signing the order.
(3) A police officer may, without a warrant, arrest an offender who the
police officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, has failed to comply
with subsection (2).
