### 4 Infringement offences and penalties
> > (1) The offences against a section of the Act specified in column 2 of [Schedule 1](#JS1@EN) are prescribed as infringement offences.

> > (2) The penalty specified in column 3 of [Schedule 1](#JS1@EN) in relation to an infringement offence is the penalty payable under an infringement notice issued and served for that infringement offence.
