#### 40 Duty to provide suitable employment Where an employee is undertaking, or has completed, a rehabilitation program (except in connection with a determination under subsection 37(1A)), the Commonwealth shall take all reasonable steps to provide the employee with suitable employment or to assist the employee to find such employment.
