#### 147 Notice to the Chief of the Defence Force Section 61 applies as if it requires the determining authority to give a copy of the notice to the Chief of the Defence Force if the determination relates to liability for an injury, disease or death, or the permanent impairment, of a person who was a member of the Defence Force: (a) for an injury, disease or permanent impairment—at the time when the determination was made; or (b) for a death—at the time of death.
