#### 130 Money and investments held under 1971 Act All money and investments held immediately before the commencing day for the benefit of a person or persons by the Commissioner for Employees’ Compensation under the 1971 Act are, by force of this section, vested in the relevant authority and shall be held by that authority for the benefit of that person or those persons, as the case may be.
