5 Particulars to be included in applications for assistance—the Act, s 15
For the Act, section 15(2)(c), the following particulars are prescribed—
(a) particulars of the applicant’s full income,
(b) particulars of the applicant’s full expenditure,
(c) particulars of all of the applicant’s assets,
(d) particulars of all of the applicant’s liabilities.
