13 Failure to comply with requirements, terms and conditions
A person must not, without reasonable cause, fail or neglect to comply –
(a) with a lawful requirement of the Authority; or
(b) with any conditions determined by the Authority under section 10 .
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
