8 Vesting of State highways and subsidiary roads

(1)  All State highways and subsidiary roads shall be vested in the Crown, and shall be under the control and direction of the Minister.

(2)  *[Section 8 Subsection (2) amended by No. 35 of 1985, s. 10 ]*Except as otherwise provided, the Minister shall cause all State highways and subsidiary roads to be constructed and maintained as he shall direct.
