50B Excavations

[Section 50B Inserted by No. 86 of 2001, s. 21, Applied:17 Dec 2001] A person must not make any excavation, vault or cellar beneath a street in a town without the consent of the appropriate council.

Penalty: Fine not exceeding 2 penalty units.
