#### 91 Consultation before making certain decisions 91 Consultation before making certain decisions (cf 2007 reg cl 76AJ) > > (1) Transport for NSW must not make a relevant licensing decision unless Transport for NSW— > > > > > (a) gives the person concerned notice in writing of the grounds for the proposed decision, and > > > > > (b) requests in the notice that the person make a written submission, within 21 days, with respect to the proposed decision, and > > > > > (c) takes into account any submission received from the person within that 21-day period. > > > (2) In this clause— > > > > relevant licensing decision means a decision under this Part— > > > > > (a) to suspend or cancel a licence, or > > > > > (b) to refuse an application to renew a licence, or > > > > > (c) to impose or vary a condition on a particular licence (rather than on all licences).
