146G NSW rule: fire extinguishers

(cf 2007 reg Sch 2 cl 190)

(1) Every bus must be equipped with the number of fire extinguishers required by Transport for NSW, being fire extinguishers of a type and capacity approved by Transport for NSW.

(2) A fire extinguisher with which a bus is equipped—

(a) must be maintained in good order and condition, and

(b) must be kept in a position where it is readily available for use.
