(1) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2007, had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation.

(2) If a provision of this Regulation requires something to be done by or in relation to the registered operator of a registrable vehicle and there is more than one registered operator, the requirement applies to or in relation to each of the registered operators unless Transport for NSW approves otherwise.

Note.

Joint registration of vehicles is in the process of being phased out by Transport for NSW.
