#### 126 Refunds of number-plate fees 126 Refunds of number-plate fees (cf 2007 reg cl 81) > Transport for NSW may, in any case or class of cases that Transport for NSW thinks it appropriate to do so, waive, reduce or refund (in whole or in part) any applicable fee payable or paid for or in connection with the issue, allocation, setting aside, reservation, transfer or replacement of a number-plate.
