#### 123I Assessors include interstate motor dealers and motor vehicle recyclers 123I Assessors include interstate motor dealers and motor vehicle recyclers > > (1) For the purposes of the definition of motor dealer in section 4(1) of the Act, a person in another jurisdiction within Australia who is permitted in that jurisdiction to be a motor dealer within the meaning of the [Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-107) is declared to be a motor dealer for the purposes of Division 3 of Part 4.5A of the Act (an interstate motor dealer). > > > (2) For the purposes of the definition of motor vehicle recycler in section 4(1) of the Act, a person in another jurisdiction within Australia who is permitted in that jurisdiction to be a motor vehicle recycler within the meaning of the [Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-107) is declared to be a motor vehicle recycler for the purposes of Division 3 of Part 4.5A of the Act (an interstate motor vehicle recycler). > > > (3) For the purposes of the definition of assessor in section 104D of the Act, the following other persons are prescribed— > > > > > (a) an interstate motor dealer, > > > > > (b) an interstate motor vehicle recycler. > > **cl 123I:** Ins 2018 (629), Sch 1 \[25\].
