#### 110 Prescribed information about light vehicles disposed of to motor vehicle recycler 110 Prescribed information about light vehicles disposed of to motor vehicle recycler (cf 2007 reg cl 83L) > The following information is prescribed as the information that must be provided under section 93(2) of the Act to Transport for NSW in respect of each notifiable light vehicle that is disposed of to a motor vehicle recycler by a self-insurer— > > > (a) the identification details of the vehicle, > > > (b) the light vehicle damage details relevant to the vehicle, > > > (c) the date on which the vehicle was disposed of to the motor vehicle recycler, > > > (d) the personal details of the self-insurer and, if the information is provided to Transport for NSW by another person, the personal details of that person, > > > (e) the date on which the information is provided. > > **cl 110:** Am 2018 (629), Sch 1 \[13\].
