#### 103 Eligibility to apply for an authorisation to repair 103 Eligibility to apply for an authorisation to repair (cf 2007 reg cl 83E) > For the purposes of section 85(1)(c) of the Act, all persons other than the following persons are prescribed as non-eligible persons in relation to a light vehicle— > > > (a) the registered operator of the vehicle at the time the vehicle sustained the damage that resulted in it being presented for a total loss assessment, > > > (b) any person who has inherited the vehicle from the person who was the registered operator of the vehicle at the time the vehicle sustained the damage that resulted in it being presented for a total loss assessment, > > > (c) any person who intends to use the vehicle only to participate in motor sport activities approved by Transport for NSW by order published in the Gazette. > > **cl 103:** Am 2018 (629), Sch 1 \[6\]; 2019 No 21, Sch 2.2\[7\].
