90A Meaning of reviewable decision etc—pt 7 (1) For this part, a reviewable decision is— (a) an internal reviewer’s decision in relation to an internally reviewable decision; or (b) a decision-maker’s decision (other than an internally reviewable decision) prescribed by regulation.
