90 Definitions—pt 7
decision-maker means—
(a) the Minister; or
(b) the road transport authority; or
(c) the chief police officer.
internally reviewable decision means a decision prescribed by
regulation, other than a decision made personally by—
(a) the Minister; or
(b) the chief police officer.

internal review notice—see the ACT Civil and Administrative
Tribunal Act 2008, section 67B (1).
reviewable decision—see section 90A.
