87 Revocation of suspension on transfer of registration The road transport authority must revoke the suspension under this part of a motor vehicle registration if the registration is transferred under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1999 and the fine defaulter is no longer the registered operator (or a registered operator) of the vehicle.
