71 Effect on disqualification of quashing of conviction etc
holding or obtaining a driver licence because of being convicted
or found guilty by a court in Australia of an offence against the
law of any jurisdiction; and
(b) the conviction or finding is quashed or set aside.
(2) The disqualification ceases to have effect, and any driver licence
cancelled because of the disqualification is taken not to have been so
cancelled.
