61C Drive while suspension notice in effect (1) A person commits an offence if— (a) the person has been served with an immediate suspension notice; and (b) the notice has not ceased to have effect; and (c) the person contravenes section 61B (4) (d) or section 61B (4) (e), whichever applies.
