61 Production of driver licence to court
(1) A person who is the holder of a driver licence and is charged with an
offence against the road transport legislation must produce his or her
driver licence to the court at the hearing of the charge.
(2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with
subsection (1).
Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 20 penalty units.
