54 Delegation of administering authority’s functions
(1) The administering authority for an infringement notice offence may
delegate the authority’s functions under this part to—
(a) the road transport authority; or
(b) a person prescribed by regulation; or
(c) a person who is an authorised person under section 19; or
(d) an authorised officer under the Heavy Vehicle National Law
(ACT).
Note For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions,
(2) A person mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or (b) may delegate
functions delegated to the person under subsection (1) to anyone else.
