37 Infringement notice—effect of refusal to withdraw (1) If the administering authority for an infringement notice offence refuses to withdraw an infringement notice for the offence, the applicant for the withdrawal must— something mentioned in section 26 (2) (a), (b), (d) or (e); or something mentioned in section 28 (2) (a), (b), (d) or (e).
