306 Exemption from liability (1) The repealed section continues to apply to acts or omissions occurring before the termination of the trust regardless whether the acts or omissions occurred on or after the commencement day. repealed section means the NRMA—ACT Road Safety Trust Act 1992, section 6 (Exemption from liability), as in force immediately before the commencement day. trust—see the NRMA—ACT Road Safety Trust Act 1992, dictionary, definition of trust, as in force immediately before the commencement day. (3) This section expires 15 years after the commencement day.
