235 References to Motor Traffic Act, Traffic Act etc (1) In any Act, instrument made under an Act or document, a reference to an earlier law is, in relation to anything to which this Act applies, a reference to this Act. earlier law means any of the following: (a) Motor Traffic Act 1936; (b) Motor Traffic Regulations 1934; (c) Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations 1947; (d) Traffic Act 1937.
