231 Person not to hinder or obstruct
(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct a
police officer, an authorised person or anyone else in the exercise of
a function under the road transport legislation.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or
both.
hinder or obstruct, a person mentioned in subsection (1), includes
fail to give the person information requested by the person.
