81 Application of certain fees

For the purposes of section 97 of the Act, the following fees received by the Secretary must be paid by the Secretary into the Roads Fund established under section 39B of the Transport Integration Act 2010—

(a) fees payable under regulation 23(4) of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016[5] (consent application fees for hoardings and advertisements);

(b) fees payable under regulation 27 of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016 (property enquiry fees);

(c) fees payable under regulation 22 of the
Road Management (Works and Infrastructure) Regulations 2015[6] (consent application fees for proposed works).
