77 Power to prosecute

For the purposes of section 77(2)(e) of the Act, the following public authorities and persons are prescribed—

(a) the Melbourne Market Authority established under section 4(1) of the Melbourne Market Authority Act 1977;

(b) an Authority within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Water Act 1989;

(c) the port of Melbourne operator declared under section 4A of the Port Management Act 1995;

(d) Alpine Resorts Victoria established under section 14 of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997;

(e) the Secretary to the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action;

(f) the Minister administering Part 7B of the Financial Management Act 1994;

(g) Parks Victoria established under section 5 of the Parks Victoria Act 2018.
