10 Preliminary breath testing devices

For the purposes of section 53(1) and (2) of the Act, the prescribed devices are the breath testing devices known as—

(a) the lion alcolmeter SD-400 Touch; and

Reg. 10(b) substituted by S.R. No. 36/2025 reg. 4.

(b) the Dräger Alcotest 7000, also known as the Draeger Alcotest 7000; and

(d) the Alcolizer LE.
