348 Reference to driver doing something etc If the context permits, a reference in this regulation to a driver doing or not doing something is a reference to the driver causing the driver’s vehicle to do or not to do the thing. The reference in s 27 to a driver turning left at an intersection is a reference to the driver causing the driver’s vehicle to turn left at the intersection.
