309A Exemption from requirement about riding on motorbike The road transport authority may, for the purpose of allowing a sporting or similar event to be filmed, exempt a person from section 271 (2) (Riding on motorbike) to the extent that it requires the person to face forward while being carried as a passenger on a motorbike.
