303A Emission of waste oil or grease (1) A person must not use a motor vehicle or trailer on a road unless adequate precautions have been taken to prevent waste oil or grease from the machinery or from any other part of the vehicle from dropping onto the roadway. (2) Without limiting the liability of anyone else, the responsible person for a motor vehicle or trailer must take reasonable steps to prevent a contravention of subsection (1) in relation to the vehicle.
