222 Using warning lights on bus carrying children (1) This section applies to the driver of a bus carrying children if the bus is required to be fitted with warning lights under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2000, schedule 1 (Light vehicle standards), other than hazard warning lights. (2) The driver must not stop the bus to drop off or pick up a child unless the warning lights are activated by the driver.
