377 Rule 268: Mode of travelling exemptions
For rule 268(6), a person is exempt from the rule if the person –
(a) is employed by the proprietor of a newspaper, magazine or television station and is engaged in filming or taking photographs in the course of his or her employment; and
(b) takes reasonable care.
