61 Offence to fail to comply with direction (1) A person must comply with a direction issued to the person under clause 3 of Schedule 6 within the time specified in the direction. (2) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence under this section if the person proves that the person had a reasonable excuse for the failure to comply.
