48K Offence in relation to removal, demolition or relocation S. 48K(1) amended by No. 45/2016 s. 7. (1) A person must not without obtaining the consent of the relevant authority— (a) remove or relocate a bus stopping point; or (b) remove, demolish or relocate any bus stop infrastructure installed under section 48J. (2) This section is in addition to any other requirements which may apply under clause 16 of Schedule 7. S. 48L inserted by No. 17/2009 s. 23, amended by No. 45/2016 s. 8.
