135B Cultural and Recreational Lands Act 1963
(1) Section 3 of the **Cultural and Recreational Lands Act 1963** does not apply to the compulsory acquisition of land under section 135A.
(2) Section 4(5) of the **Cultural and Recreational Lands Act 1963** does not apply to any land acquired under section 135A.
