135B Cultural and Recreational Lands Act 1963

(1) Section 3 of the Cultural and Recreational Lands Act 1963 does not apply to the compulsory acquisition of land under section 135A.

(2) Section 4(5) of the Cultural and Recreational Lands Act 1963 does not apply to any land acquired under section 135A.
