133C Application of regulations to West Gate Tunnel tollway
(1) Regulations which may be made under this Act in respect of a freeway may be made in respect of the West Gate Tunnel tollway in accordance with this section.
(2) For the purposes of this section—
(a) a reference in section 132 to a road is to be construed as a reference to the West Gate Tunnel tollway; and
(b) a power which may be conferred on a road authority to recover damages is to be taken to enable power to be conferred on the West Gate Tunnel Corporation to recover damages; and
(c) a reference to the property of a road authority is to be construed as a reference to the property of the West Gate Tunnel Corporation; and
(d) a discretionary power which may be conferred on a road authority may be conferred on the West Gate Tunnel Corporation.
