133B Application of regulations to Peninsula Link Freeway (1) Regulations which may be made under this Act in respect of a freeway may be made in respect of the Peninsula Link Freeway in accordance with this section. (a) a reference in section 132 to a road is to be construed as a reference to the Peninsula Link Freeway; S. 133B(2)(b) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 183(Sch. 3 item 39). (b) a power which may be conferred on the Head, Transport for Victoria to recover damages is to be taken to enable power to be conferred on the Peninsula Link Freeway Corporation to recover damages; S. 133B(2)(c) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 183(Sch. 3 item 39). (c) a reference to the property of the Head, Transport for Victoria is to be construed as a reference to the property of the Peninsula Link Freeway Corporation; S. 133B(2)(d) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 183(Sch. 3 item 39). (d) a discretionary power which may be conferred on the Head, Transport for Victoria may be conferred on the Peninsula Link Freeway Corporation. S. 133C inserted by No. 8/2019 s. 139.
