130 Obstruction of navigable rivers Subject to compliance with any requirement under any Act, a bridge or tunnel constructed across navigable waters or on behalf of a road authority, the State or a relevant State body forming part of a public road is a lawful obstruction at common law of the navigable waters. S. 131 repealed by No. 39/2004 s. 273.
