129 Partial abrogation of "ratione tenure" rule (1) The Crown or a road authority is not liable for the maintenance of a road on Crown land or freehold land owned by the road authority only by reason of tenure over the land. (2) This section does not limit the operation of section 40. S. 130 amended by No. 41/2020 s. 12.
