126 Review of decision (1) A person who is affected by a decision made under clause 2 of Schedule 2 may within 28 days of the day on which the decision is made apply to the Tribunal for review of the road authority's decision. (2) A person who is affected by a decision referred to in clause 5(3) of Schedule 2 may within 28 days of the day on which the notice is published under clause 5 of Schedule 2 apply to the Tribunal for review of the road authority's decision. (3) In determining an application for review under subsection (1), the Tribunal must take into account any relevant policy which applies under clause 3 of Schedule 2.
