Strata subdivision of dual occupancies
(1) All buildings must be on land in a residential zone and have been consented to by the consent authority.
(2) Subdivision layout must not contravene the development consent for the dual occupancy.
(3) Certificate of occupation for the dual occupancy must have been issued no more than 12 months prior to the subdivision.
