36 Extended application of section 35 In addition to a retail premises lease to which section 35 applies because of Part 3, that section also applies to the determination on a rent review (conducted after the commencement of section 11) of the commencing rent for the renewed term of a retail premises lease that was entered into before that commencement, and to any subsequent review of the rent payable under the renewed lease, if this Act would have applied to the lease had it been entered into after that commencement.
